Well what can I say, the Orioles outplayed us all series. They definitely deserved the series win. They have beaten us in 4 straight series. That is a little upsetting, and is particularly bad news considering we have two more crucial series remaining against them down the stretch, especially that one at the end of the regular season.
Too bad Shelley's heroics were all for naught.

Seriously though, good comeback in this game. Great series win for us, again. But I feel bad for Bedard, he's not going to get the consideration he deserves for the Cy because the blowpen keeps blowing his wins.

What a game, Bedard deserves the Cy Young. The only bright side about today is that the RedSox lost so we didn't lost any ground but at the same time we didn't gain any. Great game and series by the O's. Here we come Detroit!

I think Bedard gets the CY Young award also. He's a dominant pitcher.
Seattle lost as well but after it's a terrible loss seeing mariano blow it again. He has been awful lately, he always has struggles early in the year but never this late so I am very concerned.
Yeah, this is around the same time as his mysterious arm injury last year. There are going to be some tricky contract negotiations at the end of this year.
