Right now, on pace for 91 wins, according to my predictions. I'm still worried about my Detroit optimism, but we'll say how things play out.

Tied for the Wildcard right now, hopefully in the lead after later tonight.

1/2 game back again as Det and Cle won but we picked up a game on Boston and are 6 behind them.

There is no way you catch boston but ii must give the yankees credit they certinly are playing well and have a shot at the wild card

We are 6 games behind Boston w/ almost 2 months to play, we probably won't catch them but to say there is no way just is incorrect.

Anyway, we fell back to 6 games behind Boston and we are 2 in the L column behind Seattle.

On pace for 92 wins. We can catch Boston, we play them 6x still, and we still have a bunch of creampuffs left. Will we? I don't think so, but I'd say if we keep Giambi in a PH role, instead of DHing him or (please no) playing him at first, we have a 40% chance.

We are going to at least take the WildCard, because while DET/CLE/MIN beat up on each other, we pla BAL/TB/TOR, a far easier schedule.

We are techinically tied for the WC lead but Sea has a 1 game lead in the L column, we also picked up a game on Boston as Gagne imploded and Boston blew one late to baltimore so we are 5 behind the Sox.

Everyone won yesterday(except Cleveland obviously) so we reamin tied for the WC technically but 1 out in the L column and 5 back from Boston in the AL East.

On pace for 93, hazah. I'm loving Melky's hit streak right now, and with the young core, if they don't fade, I'm really going to be surprised if we aren't neck and neck at the top of the division.

Now we are 5 games back! Because Kevin Millar beat the Sox with a walk off 3 run HR!
