    Taveras grounds out to SS, nice diving play by Jeter on one of the fastest players in baseball, one out.
    Matsui flies out to Matsui, 2 outs.
    Holliday walks on 4 pitches.

    Helton with a ground ball single in the SS hole in left, his 999th career hit at Coors Field...2 on, 2 out for Atkins.

    Woo, Posada with a double deep to center field...Taveras turned the wrong way but A-Rod could only go to third.

    This is completely bizarre...

    The last time the Yankees played the Rockies in Coors Field (I think the only time) was in 2002. The Yankee rotation for that series, in order, was Mike Mussina-Andy Pettitte-Roger Clemens.

    Ugh, Cano grounds out to SS and the infield was in...Posada's pretty damn slow anyway. 2 outs.

    They pitch to Nieves, probably because he's not much of a better hitter than Mussina anyway...

    And it works as he strikes out. 1-0 Yanks going to the bottom 2nd.
