I actually like all the former player announcers for the Yankees, which is odd because most former players aren't great...Leiter and Flaherty are very good, Singleton is solid, and O'Neill has improved like you said. And Murcer isn't the greatest but he's fun to listen to.

girardi is really good too... hes kinda monotoned, but hes a fountain of information, he knows the game so much. oneill is like the comedic guy, he makes the joke snides and what not at girardi and flahertys hitting... sometimes its cute, but it gets old if the yankees are losing. thusly why it was tolerable tonight.

youk doubled, 2nd and 3rd 1 out for ortiz... wang getting taken out for mike myers... wang didnt have his command, and he still comes out with a good lead, and only having given up 1 run... 2 stranded by him of course.
