Brewers Re: A-rod Best In The League?

uuummmm... I don't think it was just A-Rod. I do believe it is a TEAM sport and I believe Rivera blew the save as well.. I could be wrong on that, but if I am correct, it is funny that I don't hear any bad thoughts, words, whatever towards him. And I am sure there were many more, but then again, I am not a Yankees fan, so I probably don't understand. That is cool though, I think I will be o.k..

Not trying to be difficult here, but it is time to move on and enjoy A-Rod for what he is doing in the present, CARRYING the Yankees on his back. Live for the now, and let the past go. No one can do anything about it. I moved on that my beloved Brewers have sucked my entire adult life. But I still love them and root for them, good or bad, cause tomorrow is a new day and adventure either way.

He's joking, A Rod was on Texas.
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

Ah, give me something clever to say here.

I thought at first that sounded weird, but joke is on me. , sorry, and again, not trying to be a jerk, just defending A-Rod.

A-Rod with an awful day today, going 2 for 4 with a double and RBI. What do we pay him for?

Its Arod's fault that the Yankees lost the last 2 games!

You're right! Why are they paying him if not to pitch in back to back games...sickening.

You are assuming the person who replaced him wasn't going to do anything. ARod still cost us w/ his poor play in clutch situations that year even though he had excellent overall #s. We would have found a way to get to october w/ or w/o Alex and we certainly would have had a better shot to win the '05 and '06 LDS w/o Alex on the team.
