arod just homered again, iggy pitched well again, jeter was 3-4. a good day in yankeeland... so far, still the bottom of the 6th.

Outside of that horrendous 1st game Igawa has quietly pitched very well and as a team the Yankees have pitched very well since that opening week despite all the injuries.

Great game all around last night.

The bats were great against a guy who shut us down last year in Jeremy Sowers. A-Rod golfed a pitch out against Mastny. Igawa pitched really well outside of the 3rd and the bullpen was awesome again.

ARod does it again! a 3 run HR w/ 2 out in the 9th and the Yankees win 8-6. Down 6-2 w/ 2 out and no one in the 9th the yanks come back and win it. Aros playing out of his mind, this was he guy we thought we were getting 3 years ago. Keep it up Alex!
