    GONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

A 3-run homer for Giambi to RF!! Makes it a 7-6 game.
I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

Ah, give me something clever to say here.

    Weird scenario here...

Cairo steps up and takes ball one. All of a sudden they send Damon up to pinch-hit with a 1-0 count. So then Sam Perlozzo comes out to bring in Walker for Baez.

You have to admit though, they're a million times better than last year.

Blah...Walker comes back from 3-0 to strike out Damon on an outside changeup. 2 outs.

Posada grounds out to Mora deep down the 3rd base line. Nice play by Mora.

We go to the 9th, 7-6 Orioles.

I'll need to see the results before I admit to that. In name they are better, but with a volatile thing such as a bullpen it's dumb to spend tons of money like that. Especially when we lost our 2nd and 3rd picks for a couple of guys who will pitch about 60-70 innings max each.

    Some changes for the 9th:
    Damon in at CF
    Melky moves to LF
    Rivera in to pitch

Markakis hits a pop up single to shallow LF...good pitch but hit in no-man's land.

    And Rivera gets the K!

We go to the bottom of the 9th...Doug M, Cabrera, Cano due up against Chris Ray. 7-6 Orioles.

Ugh. Freddie Bynum. Another waste of a roster spot.
