Yankees X-Factor The Yankees x-factor will be their starting pitcher. At this point in time we do not know who is going to start for them on opening day. Wang was the original starter until he got hurt. We all know that the potent lineup will show up the pitching will need to too.

Tampa Devil Rays X-Factor The Devil Rays factor will be Delmon Young. All eyes will be on him, this will be the #1 prospect's time to shine. Although Young will probably do pretty good in this game I don't think he will be enough.

Prediction:Yankees win 5-2. The home opener for the Yankees will be a great one. The Yankees bats will be to much for the Devil Rays to handle. Yankees will prevail in front of the home fans.
Tennessee Titans. Duke athletics. New York Yankees. Carolina Hurricanes. Portland Trailblazers.

    Posada just went deep!

3-1 Yankees in the 4th. I'm only getting this for a bit on the gamecast before I leave school.

I only watched about an inning and a half, but Kazmir looked pretty solid in the 2nd and 3rd innings. Took care of Jeter, Giambi, and A-Rod without much trouble.

Damon is no longer in the game. I missed that part, why?

Crazy game for A-Rod today. I am sure you guys wanted to kill him after his flop on that foul ball and that K he went down swinging on in the clutch.

But he redeemed himself and had a big game otherwise.

Nice clutch hitting from Giambi as well. Good win fellas.

Great to see A-Rod come up with a big hit on the first day. Bullpen also pitched very well. Nice way to start things off!

Solid game on part of the hitting, fielding has issues.

I'll take it for an opener.

MVP of today's game has to be the bullpen. Bruney, Henn, Vizcaino, Farnsworth, and Rivera combined to pitch 4 2/3 scoreless innings. The bullpen is always such a big question mark so it's great to see them getting off to a nice start, even if it is the Rays.
