Joe Torre Earns 1,000th Win as Yankee Manager

For anyone whose first memories of the Yanks was in the early-mid 80s seeing a Manager last into his 11th year and win 1,000 games is amazing. Growing up it was George changing managers what seemed like 2-3 times a year but Joe is now in his 11th season and got his 1,000th win as a Yankee Manager yesterday becoming only the 4th person to do so(McCarthy, Huggins and Huggins were the other 3). Congrats Joe!
