    Player So much for that

    The Mets released Freddy Garcia today after he sported a stellar 8.18 ERA in two starts at triple-A. Apparently he was consistently in the 70s. That's about it.

    His shoulder has apparently been bothering him and he sounds like he's considering retirement. Not that this should come as a huge shock to anyone, but it looks like Garcia's baseball career is just about over.
    I did a lot of good things as a sim league GM.

    Ah, give me something clever to say here.
