Mets The spark to start the fire?

The Mets won a hard fought game tonight against the division leading Florida Marlins. Could this be the game that starts the Mets on the right track? Everyone knows that the Mets have the talent to be the best team in the division. They also needed a game like this with the current controversy surrounding the clubhouse and manager, but will it be enough to get the teams minds out of the media and back on to the field?

I definitely think it could. I think the key to the recent wins against the Marlins was obviously the bench. Easley, Castro, and most importantly TATIS have been delivering in the clutch. I think this team is primed to come out of their 8 month long slumber, and whoop some ass. They have finally been playing crisp, fun, excited baseball, and the players are showing some spirit and unity. I love seeing it, and I'm glad the team I love is back. LETS GO METS!

There were not many fans still remaining at the end of that game.

That Fernando Tatis is the savior says a lot about this team.
