    RJ needs to strenghten his lower body better, IMO. If he is really serios about a return next year. SOmeone that tall and using the lower part of one's body needs to be in top condition. I just don't think RJ really has the drive anymore, IMO.

    It's hard to work your lower body when you have no cartilage in your knees and have a bad back. When he first came back this year, I thought he was the Johnson of old hitting 97mph with his fastball and around 91mph with that slider. Now he looks to be done.
