    Mariners 2056 Mariners Block

    I've got four pieces that could be of use to a team looking to contend. Punal and Emert are both in their prime, reasonably priced and performed really well last year. Salazar is a little older, but was also very good, could be a starting OF for a team needing a solid piece. Gehrig is the biggest $, and is only signed for this year, but hasn't really shown signs of slowing down.

    Note: I'm not looking to dump these guys, I want value in return.

    Punal, Salazar and Emert are gone. Could move Gehrig or Winfield to a contender looking for a rental bat. Same with Ernie Banks who's MURDERING the baseball right now.

    Gehrig and Winfield just re-signed to crazy cheap extensions. Both under $5 million next year, Winfield locked up through 2058.

    Winfield, Simmons and Mendoza also GPA. Banks, Andreu, whoever else in the bigs can be moved.
