Padres '48 San Diego trade block

I'd like to see Richard Givens have a shot to pad his career save totals, but as a contending team I can't justify putting him there after his movement loss.

Is there any non-contending team with nothing to lose and no MLB-ready closer you're wanting to debut willing to take him for cheap to use him there?

My pen's pretty deep, but I might anyway if I get no takers.

Ironically enough he posted career best ERA and near-career best WHIP after the movement drop.
