Sorry, I found out I'm losing my job, so I've been rather preoccupied with that.

I've no idea what's going on with Philly.

Re: 2075 ALDS: Oakland @ New York (A)

Eh, thanks folks. It's weird. I took a chance working for a startup and 2 years in, things have changed a lot and my role isn't quite needed. I've kicked ass so far but what they have now would take me away from what I do (I do more finance/FP&A/system improvement & automation and the new role would be more accounting ops with not much accounting, more ops) and provide no upward mobility, not play to my strengths, offer little in the way of gaining knowledge, and I wouldn't like. I'm lucky as obviously it could be far, far, far, worse. The market is great and I have until the end of the year and the CFO (who brought me over) has a ton of connections so it's not huge. I should land on my feet, but was really not looking to be on the move again so quickly. Even if it's not awful in terms of end result (some folks may be lucky to find a job at all and need to do it in a short time) it's still a Big Thing that needs to be dealt with.

    But I digress...

I have some moves to send in as I plan to sign a few strategic FA pieces, but in the interim:

I have no issues with Mofo, but I don't need his bad Dodger juju on this team so please let him go.
