The playoffs run at the pace of when I get changes so I can't set a specific time, so be sure to get your extensions in sooner rather than later, preferably following the tips in this thread, especially if you're just starting negotiations with somebody.

I may work on extensions even after the WS if I haven't rolled over yet or I may not, so I wouldn't count on that.

And I'd suggest providing an offer right away instead of waiting for me to come back with a response as there is a strong chance I only do extensions one more time right before flipping.

You can provide added instructions if you don't want to sign the player for too many years, too much money, what to do if he says "not enough years", etc etc but there isn't really much time left for haggling.
