Changes for 2051 forward

- As mentioned in the Comp thread starting next year you forfeit your comp pick if you sign any free agent of equal level, with the exception being if you sign a reliever after losing someone other than a reliever.

- I'm most likely going to lower cash levels beginning next offseason. It's currently set at 100,000,000. I'll most likely lower it to 50,000,000, maybe lower, but the amount depends on how some test sims go.

- Beginning in 2051 the LDS will be best of 7 instead of best of 5

Also, it has recently been brought to my attention that a GM had an outfielder who already knew one OF position and had a reasonable OF arm to go with it, but then he learnd another OF position and the scout "rated his arm as 1" which lowered his OF arm for no stupid reason.

That makes absolutely no sense so I just fixed it for him.

Meanwhile, while looking for trade options I noticed Roberto Clemente in Toronto had a 1 OF arm just now and did some digging and realized the same thing happened to him back in 2046. I fixed him too, you're welcome Foster.

The point of all of this being, if you have a player that learns a new position in the same area he already knows (IF or OF, basically) and it kills his arm as a result just let me know and that's an auto no-questions-asked fix. A 3rd baseman's IF arm doesn't suddenly get worse just because he learns 2nd base.

OOTP always does it, too. For pitchers, mostly when they're older, OOTP changes them to injury prone if they lose endurance. Another annoying glitch.

Outrageous. I have been pocketing all the cash the flowed over since I've had 100+ mil 90% of the seasons (Not to mention interest!). Now the fans are going to want me to do something with it :p

Also, Leo has failed to mention it, so I'll be the bad guy...

Shots at Prez's mom has been raised to $0.43. I understand this is a major inconvience for some of you (Mach), but please understand but she is a person too.

Forgot to repost this (wording last time was sketchy)

Max contracts (20 mil per) signed 2050 or prior can come with a discount of 1/5th of the contract if you trade for it since those contracts were signed prior to the reduction in spendnig funds.

However, this offer can be waived by the GM trading for him if he feels it betters the chance of the deal passing (ie doesn't want to give up as much talent if he'd rather take on more money)
