Molina's Sim League 2035 Free Agent Signing Period #1: Days 1-10

I am re-instating financial rules this year so please read the rules carefully. If there is any question or something is unclear please let me know.

    1) All offers must be sent to me through PM in the following format:
    Team-Offers-Pos-Name-Years-Amount-Per Year
Ex: Rangers offer SS-Michael Young 5 Years @ $5,000,000 Per Year

    2) Offers received before the stated start time will not be accepted.

    3) Offers received after the stated end time will not be accepted.

    4) You cannot change your offer once it has been submitted. You can bid again however if you feel it may not be high enough.

    5) Any player signed to a major league contract during FA will not be eligible to be traded until June 1st. Any trades sent in involving those players before that time will be ignored.

    6) Trading during Free Agency is allowed but you are responsible for your own FA money situation.

    7) If a player does not like the offering team, I will inform the GM via PM and he will be able to bid on another player assuming there is enough time for me to do so.

    8) You can retract your offer on a player, but he will most likely not listen to any more offers from you for the rest of free agency.

    Financial Rules
    1) If you want to offer $10 million or more on a certain player, you are limited to 3 of those types of offers. Two of them can be between $10-$15 million while the 3rd one can be up to $20 million. If you are outbid on the player, or the player doesn't like your team, you will be able to offer on somebody else instead.

Note: This will be blind bidding. I will load all the offers as soon as I can before the end of the period and then post the signings in this thread. The site will be fully uploaded after all periods so you can see the signings and your team pages.

If you have any questions regarding the rules please post or PM me.

    Starts: NOW

Ends: Saturday (April 3rd) @ 3 PM central

Maybe I should run it for 11 months, see if anybody is still here by then.

    Yep, April 3rd it is.

Lost by a million dollars to every MR except Younger. Capra will help the Rotation. Still need to add some depth.

I went reliever crazy, as you can see, I felt that was a huge weakness for me last season. I figure I'm gonna go all out this year, I have a lot of contracts expiring (Punal, Dalmau, and Correa), so that's going to give me a lot of money next season to put it to players in their prime in the next offseason.

Re: 2035 Free Agent Signing Period #1: Days 1-10

Very happy with my signings. I need to add some depth to the rotation after losing a few to free agency, and I added two guys under 30. I don't expect either to be an ace, but they should shore things up on the back end for me. But I am pretty excited about the Hasegawa addition as I think he will be a nice table setter for my power guys,

Happy getting 2/3 of my offers. Capra didn't like my team.

Did anyone put out an offer to Karp. He is one of the greatest Brewers to ever play and I would have loved to keep him, but he was demanding a ridiculous amount. I would what the chances are he signs with the Brewers for a reasonable deal if nobody gives him anything.

Its 50-50. lol. Mission, I hope Bonney continues off of last year for you. He wanted more than that in talks and was a scrap heap pickup.
