Molina's Sim League Favorite MSL Player?

What has been you favorite or some of your favorite players to have in MSL?

Whether it's because of a name from a theme draft, a random name generated by OOTP, or maybe because of the quirky ratings and/or stats the player put up (not from this league but in OM's, I have a closer that was a knuckler but hit triple digits)...or because the player was flat out great.

Or maybe you really admire a player from afar, that you never got or could never get.

It's safe to say it's the ageless wonder, Vincent Conaway.

Still raking at 40 was amazing.

So a few that immediately spring to mind:

Chipper Jones, since he is my all time favorite in real life. Plus he was pretty good here. It was rather heart breaking to lose him to free agency.

Amanda Whurlitzer, Rita Rudolph, and Thurman Munson also rank up there. Managed to keep Munson till he retired, that felt pretty cool. Going way back, Kenneth Garon was fun- probably one of the best bats I've ever acquired (your welcome, Dave-o).

Although it just dawns on me after looking at his stats, I won a world series each time Chipper left me (trade, fa).

    Re: Favorite MSL Player?

Sam Loeffler was easily one of my favorites here. I was saddened that he didn't make the HOF after coming just short of 500 HRs

I loved Michael Mack. He was a throw in from OM when I traded Tony away and ended up dominating and is now on top of the career leader board in saves.

On my current roster Allan Quatermain is quickly becoming a favorite, as is Michelle Tanner just because it's hilarious that the 5 year old has so much power.

I like Nigerian Prince just because of the hilarity of the name.

As for other teams, I love anyone with a theme name who I can have fun with in contract extensions, like Barney Stinson for example.

George Van Smoot, August Marks and Harry Winston are probably 3 of my favorites. My first trade I made when I took over the Braves was trading Cy Young for these 3. They all turned out to be Allstate and among the main reasons why I won 3 championships.

Walter Johnson was also one of my all time favorites since he was the mainstay star through my initial rebuilding years...I mean decades.

Dottie Hinson. She was on my team for a very long time.

Currently I don't have one. Maybe Feeny, and Morales. I don't win last year without them.

Jack Marston. Kenneth Garon for netting me the core in Tampa Bay to be the dominant dynasty they were. Harry Hellmann the doubles machine. Bill Dickey. And obviously Ted Williams.
