Philly (JCB) and I started our rebuilds around the same time and are now facing each other in the NLCS

This rebuild was much smarter done by myself than my last rebuild of 2044-2058. Yes it was that long. Every draft pick I made died during that stretch.

Instead this one went from 2066-2069. I traded all my good players to rebuild my farm.

    Good luck Leo.

Hopefully I'm not far from completing mine.

OOTP has been so cruel to Baltimore over the past two or so seasons. Julius Randle is at home resting on his laurels and loses 2 points in contact talent somehow!?!?!?!

So many prospects are mere shadows of their draft ratings.

No joke. That trade we did. Whats your thoughts on it now? Usually this is the type of shit that would've happened to me.

Siegel hasn't developed at all since I traded him to you.

    Dellacroce contact died.

Reddington has done well compared to what he was when I traded him to you.

Kobe developed, but you traded him

Based on Dellacroce alone, you got the best of the deal. Trading for a young developed superstud like Morris is always the least risky move. That's why he is worth so much. My issue is I am still such a OOTP traditionalist. Morris developed so fast that none of my other prospects were close enough to ready to keep him without violating my personal OOTP "code." I am not a fan of keeping multiple prospects in the minors who are within a point or two of full development. Sadly, this year we have seen a GM keep several developed prospects in the minors in an effort to win the draft...

As long as Hull develops just fine, I will consider my Morris trade a success.

SD rebuild? 1 year in the last 15 with a win % below .568. That's not a rebuild lol. And that on year was only 6 games below .500.

It was a 2013-2016 Yankee like rebuild.

Yeah. It went faster than I expected. I traded away practically my entire core and watched the remaining core retire/die.

Much of my current core came from those trades or draft picks that came in those trades.

I look at Leo's team, and his rotation, and what he did to Pitt, and I think I'll be lucky to win a game... lol

I'm working extra shifts at the 2nd job this week thanks to bad weather. I should be able to sim the LCS Friday night.
