    There's not that much in free agency. Unless Leo decides to do a themed FA. If your goal is to win with FA you better be the New York Yankees banker. I've added pieces but theres still a massive hole in my pitching staff. Shinn, Sinkler, and Kaep make a decent rotation but you need that guy at the top to sort of bring it together. I don't think any of those 3 will be a long term #1 guy (Shinn is probably closest depending on just how 10 his stuff is). I wouldn't mind that as a 2-3-4 but I need to be able to compete with guys like SD (4 guys under 3.4 and I had 1).

    Didn't really say win through FA. Just if you believe your team is one or two pieces away, and much of team is cheap and under team control, that's the perfect time to sign one or two guys.

    I didn't notice, do foreign players join in the off season?
