Between meh and good. I would have said you need better corner outfielders but they have been productive. I do think you need a CF so you can move Cobb to DH and Thomas to 1B. Cobb is atrocious in center. And you need more stability behind Unser and Turner. "On the rise" is a more true statement than anything you have listed.

You have two excellent starters and two excellent relievers on defense and 5 decent hitters on offense. That won't get you where you need to go. This game ain't easy!
