That's the symptom and not the problem though.

(Symptom of maintaining 15 teams on each side)

You can't really maintain a non-interleague schedule with an odd number of teams. Who's that 15th team supposed to play?

The only other option would be December baseball. (More off days to accomidate the lack of an opponent)

This is why I hated the Houston move from the onset.

    Ohh okay, I gotcha.

I really don't mind interleague play all season, it just should have come with the NL adding the DH.

    Simple fix.

Contract the Yankees after Jeter retires, cause no one gives a fuck anymore. And then contract either Colorado or Miami because I really have no legit or faux reason other than...wait, yeah, contract Miami. Fuck Beinfest. Fuck Loria. 14 team leagues, bang.

I like the strategy involved with no DH (talking real baseball now)

Take it away from the AL

I wouldn't mind that at all. I love NL ball.

But we all know the MLBPA would have none of that.

Hey. Some of us aren't incompetent, just bottoming out in a successful rebuild.

I hated the Houston move for other reasons. Namely: WHY?!?!?! Why would you do that? Why would you move Houston, when you have Milwaukee sitting there in the same division? You moved them from the AL to the NL,in what, 1996? Why not just move them back to the AL instead?

For balance, it had to be someone to go to the AL West. Houston's more reasonable for that than Milwaukee. (But I agree)
