2051/2052 player age 30 and under injury save

Each team will get 1 save of a prospect or a player 30 years or under. This only applies to a season-ending or career-ending injury. You only get 1 for 2051 and 2052 so use it wisely. Once it has been processed (at the end of the season for career/season enders, right away for pointless prospect drops) it cannot be changed. You can change your mind before that time should you get another injury to a better player, or decide against using it. This does not eliminate a season-ending injury, it only protects from talent and rating loss that may result from the injury. Career enders will be edited to season enders.

Conversely, you can also burn your save on an almost ready-to-ready under-25 prospect who dies for no reason whatsoever even if no injury is involved.

The criteria that must be met to use it in this instance are as follows

1. You have not already used your designated save
2. The player is at least close to MLB ready
3. The player has not been saved under the same circumstance already
4. If it is an offseason talent drop when the player isn't even playing criteria #2 is negated

However, choose this one wisely because in these instances the restoration will be immediate, as opposed to the end of the season (meaning you have zero opportunity to change your mind).

I never used a save on Day. Do you mean the Yankees? I used my save for 2049/2050 on Mendez as noted. Of course, it was 2049 and he lost talent for no reason in 2050, too...but that's besides the point.

You never used a save on Day but a save was used on him and that follows the prospect.

In other words, if you trade for someone on that list you still have your save but you can't use it on him if he suffers another loss that otherwise fits the criteria.

Mach used it when he had him the first time.
