Crappy sim, but still only 1 game behind Montreal. I guess they started crappy and finished good, while we started good and finished crappy. Pitching took a hit that sim.

I wish my pitching was better, like last season.
It's amusing.
Back in first. It was weird seeing my team in second place.
Hopefully we can get healthy before the playoffs.
Well so much for casting Trosky to AAA this season... 4 weeks has turned into 3 months for Doby and a contact loss (although his actuals and talent don't seem to have changed).
September shall be the Futures month! I want to see how Weeks does as SS, his bat struggled but comparing his scores at SS he's at least comparable to what else I have for the position.
Landers was perfect in his LA debut as closer!
Batting AVG: .266 (15th)
Homeruns: 90 (19th)
Walks: 351 (19th)
Stolen Bases: 113 (9th)
Runs Scored: 569 (17th)
Pitching ERA: 4.42 (12th)
Opponents AVG: .276 (17th)
HRs Allowed: 97 (8th)
Walks Allowed: 378 (11th)
Runs Allowed: 631 (13th)
I just noticed how well Santo is playing for Baltimore.
Damn it.
Just noticed this great 1st career start for William Tinkle.
He must have started for Rieke who had an inflamed elbow ligament.
Had first career hit (homerun) on 8/16/2050, off Leroy Ake (ATL)...
Earned first career win on 8/16/2050...
His Pitching line: 7 IP, 8 hits, 3 earned runs, 5 bb, 3 ks vs Atlanta
His Hitting line: 1-2, 1 homerun, 2 rbi 406 ft (Didnt think it was possible for pitchers to hit it that far LOL). It was a game tying shot at the time.
PoG went to Dick Allen on his day off... pinch hit in the 6th inning and proceeded to hit a grand slam to blow the game open.
16-1 sim. Holy fuck.
Ahhh, nothing like a hitting a Grand Slam in the "21th" inning and then barely hanging on lol.
6-10 sim for LA. Prospect a polozza for September!
Starting 8:
CA: Rashid/Rodriguez
1b: Irvin
2b: Grant
ss: Weeks (unless he was awful there defensively)
3b: Vaughan
LF: Allen
CF: Mays
RF: Hayes.
I think it's safe to say the Spurgeon Chandler project is a massive failure. He is responsible for 6 straight losses and an ERA of 10.88. I need to buy insurance the next time I offer a pick! I bet Phillyfan is kicking himself for turning that deal down. LOL (Zod laughs his way to the bank...)
