I'm not even sure you can go over 150. At least I've never tried.
Prov explained that you can technically go up to 255....
Well hot damn.
I used to make Rick ankiel 250 and be my closer whenever I'd fool around with OOTP. Goooood times.
I don't usually look at velocity when I create these guys. He is one that definately needs to be fixed though. Considering he is the all-time leader in walks and walked over 200 in a season twice, I could realistically make his control much higher than 5 or 6. As for stuff, I don't remember what it is but you can bet it's over 100.
If it's way over 100, it'll make up for the lack of control.
This guy is a good example, at his peak he was 10-5-9 but his stuff was a super 10, so to speak. #18 Ricky Pickett, Closer, 37 yrs, No Team - Out of the Park Baseball Report
As my closer, he was dominant as Hell with an absurd 2ks to an inning almost rate. I think that could work as a starter too.
Johnny Allen must have high stuff. 10-3-9 actuals and doing very well for me. 3.5 overall stars as well.
I don't think it's 2K per inning high, but it should hopefully be enough for some 300K seasons.
carlton fisk also needs some catcher defensive rankings mr molina
I hope Molina doesn't mind but I moved all the discussion in the draft thread to a new Rumblings thread for 2044 so the draft thread isn't cluttered.
I'm ready for FA!
I have high hopes for this season. I think I can win the division, and convincingly. It's been far too long since the Devil Rays have been a playoff presence. 22+ seasons since they won the AL East if I'm doing my math right, or my first go around with this team.
Draft talk was moved to rumblings at 1:07... Haf posted at 1:11. My guess is he had the page ppm, was looking to see who to draft, and posted that without realizing it disappeared.
If he has the first pick, don't post a link until he wants to pick lol
