i think i helped all three teams in the division.
ATL is done... there is no coming back this season... with basically the same team, gone from contender to crap team... Thank God I traded away a couple of pieces for spects to the point that now we have the top system for prospects to go with a core (that if I somehow sign Garon) should still be pretty potent when they come up
White and Collins did terrible, Kerr's talent went up to 10-7-10, i think he's gonna be a stud. Still a 7 game lead, hopefully I can keep it.
Agreed.
Santo and McCovey are blazing development wise. Pierce is on his way.
The lineup next season could be dangerous. Now if only I could get my hands on some solid relievers, I'd be set.
One thinks the pick didn't fully land Stull and you could have had both.
Epic Prez fail.
Damn
;D
It's ok, you got Gibson pretty easily.
Wonder if my Oaklahd team is the first ever to not have at least 1 player making 1 mil
Spirited run. Just not enough. I didn't even expect a winning record, much less 14 over .500 and to have competed for the division. But I like the future, one of the youngest teams, tons of money, good farm. I'm excited about this team.
I don't know the rest of the competition, but I think I stand a good chance to have the NL Rookie of the Year. Colavito has 30 HR and 95 RBI, 900 plus OPS. Roy West is 12-1 with 2.23 ERA and Alou is hitting over .300 with 40 steals.
Is Anselmo Dardey an MVP candidate?
Darday, Mays, Stull, Hornsby... I think Garon's strangle-hold on the award ends this year. Safe bet.
I think Darday's weak OBP and meh average could hurt him, OOTP is fickle and unpredictable. I think Mays will win it, though, best all-around numbers.
