1969 — Pinch-hitter Rich Reese hit a grand slam to power the Minnesota Twins to a 5-2 victory over the visiting Baltimore Orioles and end Dave McNally's 15-game winning streak. His two victories at the end of 1968 had given him 17 straight wins.

Edit, yes he did have a 13 game win streak in 1971 (from May 31 through Sept 13th). The guy that hit a home run against him in the 4th inning of the game vs the Tigers (Sept 17th) was Mickey Stanley. McNally was yanked right after that early in the 4th inning.



Damn, that O's staff from about 69-71 was insane. McNally had 20+ wins in four straight seasons (68-71)
