    Indians @ Twins (09/03/05)

Joe Nathan just blew the win for Johan Santana...

Gardenhire should have left Santana in there for the complete game. He only had 100 pitches through 8 innings.

I was watching parts of the game when I was at the hospital. Last I saw was the 8th inning when Santana got his 10th Strikeout! Twins were up 2-1, I figured it was over.

Ugh. Nathan giving up runs in the 9th is VERY abnormal. He was due to give up something. Go check my Noteworthy Notes that ya made fun of to see his stats since the all-star break. Twins still win 3-2, so all is well. Santana got robbed though.

I don't care if Nathan gives up a run, but just not when it's a one-run game. Heh.
