    Twins Weekend Trip To Mo-Town(9/24-9/26)

    Pitching Match-Up

    Friday: Liriano vs. Verlander
    Saturday: Pavano vs. Bonderman
    Sunday: Duensing vs. Porcello

The Twins look to set up there playoff pitching staff this weekend and I think it will be a successful one. Anytime a team faces Verlander it can be tough , but if the Twins can get past thyat game they may have a sweep on there hands.

Bonderman and Porcello have pitched pretty well lately also. It is not going to be an easy series, but they never are this time of the season, especially if a team has nothing to play for but pride.

The Tigers have nothing to play for but pride, but the Twins still are playing for the best record in the A.L.

What he's saying is that if we beat Verlander doesn't mean the rest of the series is gonna be a cakewalk.

Don't let the fear of striking out keep you from playing the game.

Nothing is ever a cakewalk especially on the road.

Twins are getting there asses kicked 10-0 by Verlander and the Tigers. Good thing the Yankees are losing.

Cuddyer came through to break up the shutout.

That was really the only thing that was good. Hopefully Francisco stomach problem is just some bad food.

Danny V with a Grand Slam in the 1st inning . Now in the 2nd inning the Twins lead 5-1.

What a slugfest. Danny V goes yard again for #7 and Jason hits #20m to put another 5 spot on the board in the 5th inning. The Tigers tack on another in the bottom of the 5th to make it 10-8 Twins.
