Missed the game, but just checked out the boxscore. Span went 2-5 with 4 RBI, Hardy went 2-4, and Mauer went 3-5. Looks like Guerrier may have struggled a bit but nice to see the rest of the bullpen come in and shut it down.

Looks like a very good game to have watched. I missed it, too. My wife said it was entertaining.

It was especially the 5 run 8th inning.

Crooked numbers usually make for fun innings to watch, especially against the "arch-rivals".
The Twins now have a magic number of 12 and are 1.5 games behind the Yankees for the best record in baseball. Fox Sports has them ranked as the best team in the game right now and ESPN has them 3rd.

They sure are playing and winning like the best team in baseball. No matter who they play in the playoffs I feel sorry for that team playing the Twins.

I'm not too afraid to meet up with the Twins in the post season. They are a great team but, the Yankees are a better ball club.

Yanks are struggling. Who is the hottest team after the all star break. That would be the Twins..
    KBSL - Atlanta Hawks

1 more across the plate for the Twins. I think the Whitesucks are done.
