    Game Reset after 3:

    Twins 000
    M's 400

Johan had a rough first inning, but he has settled down as you saw back-to-back Ks to Sexson and Steroid User Bret Boone

Adrian Beltre hit a two-run double. Mariners have to like the production of Beltre and Sexson. Those two are hitting. Mariners spent a lot of money on them this winter.

Gil Meche has looked very good. That strikeout to Mauer was something else. Of course, it's not that hard to shut down the Twins.

Sorry, but just have to mention that this is the first time in a VERY long time that anyone has ever mentioned expecting their team to get swept by the Mariners.

But it isn't over yet. Santana is looking dominant, striking out the side.

Circular logic aside, Mr Mims, you have yet to provide a single credible reason why you are, in fact, hot.

Twins did nothing against Meche in the fourth inning.

I had this feeling that Meche was going to pitch well as I mentioned in tonight's game thread

Now we got a pitching duel going. Johan is back on track. Unfortunately, Meche is pitching well too.

I'll be fine if it goes like this until the end.

How about Luis Rivas! He actually gets a hit instead of grounding into a DP or striking out or grounding out.

Three hits in a row with no out.

    Let's do some damage here.

Twins scored a run and Shannon avoids a DP.

Well-done by Jason Bartlett as he gets a base hit to score Cuddyer.

Gil Meche unfortunately will be out and he will likely get a no-decision.

    It's 4-2 Mariners now.

I hope the Twins can tie this game here.

Well now we get to see if the Mariners have really changed. If they have, they'll win, if they haven't, they'll lose this kind of game, just like '04.

Time for the '05 M's to show what they have.
