White Sox Come in for 3

This could be a very telling series. Do the Sox think they have a chance to catch the Twins and Tigers or not? The Twins could put some distance between themselves and the Sox in this series.
Here are the pitching matchups:
Monday -- Floyd v. Blackburn
Tuesday -- Danks v. Manship
Wednesday -- Buehrle v. Duensing
I'm a bit concerned about the pitching matchups. Blackburn has not pitched well recently. Manship is very questionable, although from what I've seen of him in the minors, he has outstanding stuff. Duensing has been pitching pretty well as a starter and Buehrle has been slumping a bit. He also seems to have trouble winning in the Dome.

It appears both Blackburn and Nathan were on their games tonight. Nice to see Mauer and Kubel go deep, just hope Morneau gets out of his "funk" soon.
Twins are now 3.5 games out and the Sox are 6.

Twins win a "walk-off" tonight, 4-3 on Jose Morales single with 2 outs in the 9th.
Manship pitched well enough to win the game, but Mijares and Guerrier let him down a bit after Crain pitched 2 very good innings (is he back?????). Rauch came in and pitched the 9th inning and picked up his 2nd "vulture" win, but the team will certainly take it.
Tigers won again so the Twins are still 3.5 out and the Sox drop to 7 out.

Pitcher's duel early on. Nathan crumbles again in the 9th. Twins lose 4-2, but win the series.

Tough loss, but Nathan is still one of the best in the business. He'll be fine.
More importantly (possibly more important for the future also), Brian Duensing appears to have hit his stride as a starter. He was not very good in the bullpen earlier this season and was tried out of desperation. I'm sure there were mixed feelings about this, but it has worked out pretty well.

I'm sure Ozzie won't miss the Dome at all. It has been a house of horrors for him.

Nathan blew the game! He did not look like himself today. Looked like he was hurting. I dont ever remember him pitching that poorly. Brian pitched another great game. He needs to stay in the rotation.
