Indians Off to Cleveland for 3

The Twins begin a 7-game road trip tonight in Cleveland. Then its off to Toronto for 4.
Here are the matchups in Cleveland:
    Tonight, Pavano v. Sowers.
    Tomorrow, Baker v. Masterson
    Sunday, Blackburn v. Huff.
The Twins need to do well, taking at least 2 out of the 3 games they play against the Indians.

We gotta win the games against the teams that suck. Period.

The Indians have been playing pretty good ball lately, having gone 14-13 over the last month (same record as the Twins have). They have injuries to key players and some of their "stars" have been traded, but this is not a "bad" ballclub.

All of that said, if the Twins are a contending ballclub, they need to win games against teams like these that they are playing on this short road-trip.

Nice to see the pitching staff doing their jobs. Baker takes the game to the 7th, Rauch and Guerrier each pitch a scoreless inning, getting the ball to Nathan. Fortunately, he was "on" tonight.
It would be nice to see Morneau hitting a bit better though.
