    Twins up 6-0 after 5 innings. Morneau with another bomb to center (2-run). Young and Span also drive in runs.

    Blackburn finishes a 6-2 win. 7 hits, 1 walk, 6 Ks. Not a bad outing. The pen gets another day off, and with no game tomorrow, they should be well rested for the Yankees.

    Twins need the wins against the Tigers. We picked up one full game. White Soxs lost as well so we are back into 2nd place.

    Gardy needs to do a better job with the pen. I thought he did a terrible job in the 16 inning game we lost. The pen was ran poorly.
