    6/26/05: Twins/Brewers

    TWINS ACTUALLY WON! HOLY CRAP!

I don't know what was amazing. Twins winning, Twins scoring, Lohse pitching great, or the Sux losing two of three to the Cubs. Whatever it was, it was their lucky day. Didn't think all of that would happen.

I am just glad it did.

Wow, Lohser pitched 6 shutout innings!? No walks, 3 strikeouts, no runs!? WtF happened!?

The other thing I'd like to know... whey the HELL did Gardendumbass put Nathan in in the 9th inning!? He gave up 4 hits including a 2 run homer. WTF!? Ron is an idiot, pure and simple. Nathan is a closer. When the score is 5-0 in the bottom of the 9th, why on EARTH would you put in your specialist!?!?

    UGH!

Glad to see the win, but jeez....

Joe needed work not to mention every reliever has been tired out there. That's my guess.

Is it me or has Joe been getting hit hard this month? I think Joe tends to struggle a lot during June and July.

Nice to see Kyle do well, but I want him GONE.

Obviously Joe N needed some work! Let's hope he worked out the kinks.

I'm not going to panic yet. It is still only June. The Twins are always horrible each and every year just before the All Star break.

The Cubs/White Sox series goes to show that anything can happen to any team at any time.

As long as the Twins can hold off the Indians (please!!!!! I'm spending the weekend in Ohio!) and the offense wakes up on a more consistant basis, all should fall into place.

    I'm being totally optimistic here.

    Let's go Twins.

God it was so funny to see the Sux lose to the Cubs. I enjoyed it. There were more Cubs fans than the Sux fans at that dump in the South Side this weekend.

No, it's not time to panic, but you gotta be a little concerned. The Twins really need to make hay this week against two awful baseball teams at the Dome.
