Blackburn VS Badard

I hope the offense wakes up tonight and is ready. Bedard was a number 1 type starting pitcher. Will be interesting to see what will happen tonight. Redmond is hurt btw, the rookie we have may get his first career start tonight.

Here is my guess for the score of tonight's game: 5 - 2 Twins. Nathan gets the save Blackburn pitches 8 innings.

*Edit: Nevermind, found out what it was. He took a broken bat to the neck while catching in the 5th, then while running out his double he said he tweaked his groin a little bit. Hopefully he's only out for tonight; tomorrow at the latest.

What is Jose Morales all about? The Twins might need to deal for a catcher.

Morales is not ready. He called a good game though. Redmond is hurt Mauer is hurt so he was the best left by default. But he is a rookie and bad games will happen before they get better.

Morrow got the first two out in the 9th then he could not find the plate thank god. Base filled up and Casilla gets the big hit a single to center to drive in two run and get us a BIG win!

Now keys to the game:

1. Bedard being pulled. He could have maybe pitched another inning. Bedard kept the Twins hitters shut down for the most part.

2. Twins Pen. I thought they did a good job tonight. A couple bloop hits. But overall they kept the game close.

3. Morrow could not throw the ball over the plate. Helped us get the win!
