    Twins Twins make roster moves

    Minnesota outrights 4 players to AAA Rochester, and re-instate Pat Neshek from the 60-day DL to the roster.

    These moves leave the Twins with 34 players on the 40-man roster. More moves coming this winter, I would think. Maybe some trades in the works?
