Has anyone noticed that Bonser is pitching better of late?

Great game tonight! Thome's hit where Gomez and Span hit each other was due to how loud it was at the dome! Can't blame the runs on Slowey really but the more serious question is this, what is Slowey's status? Took a line drive on the pitching wrist. Sweeping the Soxs was HUGE!!!! Casilla came through in the clutch. I honestly believe that the day Span came up and was a starter is when this team of ours turned things around in the right direction!

    Catman,

I hope the dome is packed this weekend. Bring the homer hankies!! I wish I was still in Minnesota, The fans, players and coaches are pumped up like never before.

How about a sign Morneau for MVP!

I don't disagree that Morneau deserves some consideration for the award again. If he has a big series against the Royals, he'll do his candidacy a lot of good.
We'll make as much noise as we can on Saturday. Hope we see a big win for the Twins.

Ozzie said that his team wasted 26 innings in the TC.

    Really?? You think???

It was pretty much impossible for him to pitch any worse than he already was, midway through the season.

    Big weekend...

Report for Slowey on the combacker he took. X-rays were negative, and an MRI today showed no ligament damage to his wrist.

They showed a close-up of his wrist on TV today and it's still swollen. He won't pitch again for a while.
