Twins 3 games with the A's, then hit the road

The Twins need to win their games with the A's at the dome and head out to LA on a positive note.
    Tonight, it's Blackburn v. Duchscherer.
    Tomorrow, Slowey v. Gallagher.
    Wednesday, Liriano v. Braden.

If the pen can do its job and not get hammered, we have a great chance to win the series. But if they pitch as bad as they have were going to be in trouble. Nathan can't continue to pitch two innings for a save.

As much as it pains me to say it, I don't think you guys will have much of a problem taking this series. We've lost 23 of 28 and are coming off of a 13-1 pounding by the Sox. Our morale has flown out the window, and it's taken our offense with it.

Twins are struggling to get the offense going...only 4 hits through 4 innings against Duchscherer.

Wow somehow we managed three runs against you guys...and we're currently holding you scoreless. Something's wrong.

Blackburn pitched a helluva game. He deserved to win. Unfortunately, no run support.

Trust me henks, you shouldn't be complaining about lack of run support. Those 3 runs were considered a breakout for us.

Harris then doubles home Ruiz, putting Twins up 6-1. Back to back 3 run innings for the boys from Minny.

    Top of 4.

9-2 Twins. Carlos Gomez homers to Left Field... Maybe this will get him going? Soxs up 5-0 on a terrible Seattle club.

Buscher is having a career game here.. 5 rbis and the Twins are rolling 13-2. Slowey has 12 k's so far. One of his best games pitched as a Twin! Guess the fellas were angry over the loss last night, they came out and hit the ball all over the park.

    Go Twins!
