Craig Monroe smashes a big 2 run double high off the baggie in right field, scoring Mauer (BB) and Justin Morneau (HBP).

    Twins up 2-0 after 1.

Ouch, Slowey gets beaten up right now. Cleveland with a good inning, 5-2 Indians bottom 2nd.

I dont see Slowey lasting much longer. If he gets in trouble in the 3rd I would expect to see Bonser in the game.

A big rally by the Twins in the 6th. Boof nearly gave me a heart attack. I think I'm ok now.

    He's usually good for that.

Another sidenote: Casilla extended his hitting streak to 12 games.

Nice comeback! I knew it would happen tonight. 15 wins in 17 games. Kevin Slowey went off to a bad start but he figured how to stop the bleeding and held until his own team get the lead. That's something I really like about Slowey.

    7 straight series win!

WOW!!! I can't believe the way this club keeps battling and get Slowey out of a major mess and get him the win! When the Indians put up that five spot I figured we were in for along night. Someone must have got to Slowey, he settled down and got the win.

Our offense has been amazing! There has been a fire lit under there butts and there hitting like one of the better teams in the league. Eleven games over 500, I did not expect this to happen. I thought 75 wins for a team that would be rebuilding.

Santana trade has paid off well for us. Johan looks like he lost alot since leaving for New York. He starts off slow but this slow? The players we traded for are doing good, sure Humber has some work to do but we added arms in the minors and have a force at the lead off spot. Gomez can bunt for a hit at anytime during the game and start a rally if needed. His power needs to get better but overall I am happy with him.

Young is playing better as well, I think it took him sometime to get used to Minnesota and Gardys way of playing the game. This team will be in great position to go far in the playoffs and or world series for the next 10 years. Team is young without a question but continues to get better every day!

    Lets sweep the Indians!!!

    Go Twins!

I'm very pleased with how Slowey looked past that bad inning he had and buckled down. His team came right back and got him the win to even his record at 6-6.

Cuddy should be back after the all star break, hopefully he can pick it up in the second half.
