6/8/05: Twins/D-Backs

[Steak]

The Twins are playing the second game of a three-game series against the suprising Arizona Diamondbacks. Twins are rolling. They have played well lately taking two out of three from Cleveland, taking two out of three against the struggling Yankees, and now winning from behind last night against the D-Backs. Sure they have won ugly, but they are winning and that's the bottom line. The offense has been awesome to watch.

D-Backs have been the best story in baseball so far. They have played well. They have gotten the most out of the guys that came in the Randy Johnson trade as Halsey and Vazquez has been so good while the Unit has quit on the D-Backs and I am so glad the Unit stinks.

Johan is on the hill tonight. Let's see if he can help the Twins get the series tonight.

btw, the Pads are losing 5-1 and struggling.....speaking of aarrrrggghhh....

rdr: I tell ya what. Grace has done a good job these last two nights. I think Grace has gotten better. He has been raving about the Twins these last two nights. He has done his HW on them. A mark of a good announcer and a color analyst is doing your homework on your team and the other team. Grace has done that. Plus Grace loves talking other sports a lot. Grace was talking about the Cards QB situation and the NBA Finals in the telecast tonight.

777: Indians are the least of my concern at this point. My obession is wish She-ca-go. Indians are not even a factor in this AL Central race especially how the Indians belly up against the Twins and Sux last week.
