    He is day-to-day with a quad injury. He will be ok. But I think the Reds are getting a bit worried about his ability to patrol CF for a long time. And that is the only open spot for him right now.

    You guys won't have that problem with Gomez though. Look out man, this dude is likely the fastest player in baseball right now.

    He looked good. Did you see the strike out on Manny? Liriano made him look real bad. Was there a pitch count on Liriano? I might have pitched him one more inning. Glad to see our ace is back and healthy!

    I do expect Gardy to take it easy on him, though. He could be skipped a couple of times on off days this year to protect his arm.
