    Twins Lineup and Rotation

Its obvious that the lineup won't look like last years' did -- Hunter, Castillo, Tyner are gone, Young, Everett, Lamb, Harris are in camp. Several youngsters may make the team out of spring training -- Casilla, Priddie?
As to the rotation, Johan should be there Liriano is back, Bonser, Baker, Slowey, Blackburn (?) may have something to say. Things look a bit more settled there than they were last year.
    Here is my first take:
    Young -- CF(?)/LF
    Kubel -- DH/LF
    Mauer -- C
    Cuddyer -- RF
    Morneau -- 1B
    Lamb -- 3B
    Harris/Casilla/Punto -- 2B
    Everett -- SS
    DH or LF (Priddie?)
    Rotation:
    1. Johan
    2. Baker
    3. Liriano
    4. Slowey
    5. Bonser.
Liriano could get skipped in case of off days, but I would like to split the lefties up a bit.

You pretty much nailed it. I would like to see more production from the 9 spot, but with what we have, well, there isn't much. But I like the rotation. Breaking up the lefties would be a good idea, hopefully something that they will consider.

What about Blackburn getting a shot at starting in our rotation?

Let's see how does in spring ball before we just give him a spot.

Blackburn could be ready by midseason so a deal could be made including someone like Bonser for another bat, hopefully (a real 3B?). I think he'll go back to Rochester with a couple of instructions as to what to work on.

The only outfield position that is locked up is RF, with Cuddyer. It will be good for the club to have some competition for the other two spots.

If Priddie can handle CF, Young moves to LF and Kubel is the DH most days.
You know that Young makes the deverday lineup somewhere.
