    Roster moves of '07

Optioned OF Darnell McDonald to AAA Rochester. They'll probably call up Brian Buscher, 3B. Buscher had a good game last night with the Red Wings.

I'm glad they got rid of McDonald, nothing impactful at all.

    I don't know about Buscher, I'm sorry.

How does my stats tracker work? Haha, it's too easy. All I have to do is to check out those stats from baseball-reference.com, it updates daily. There are plethora of statistic information, it's really handy if you're stats freak or something.

Whenever it updates, I'll update my sig. I'm sure some people update this website regularly, I mean, there's millions of baseball fans, how is it hard to update something on the website?

Well, I wish it's automatic, it'd be nice to update it by itself. It's not a really big hassle to update my sig manually.

Buscher has had a "good bat/marginal glove" reputation, but he plays 3B and will be given a chance to show what he can do in the bigs. So far tonight, he's 2/2 at the plate and has made an error in the field, which can most likely be chalked up to the inevitable case of nerves he's feeling tonight. I'm willing to see what he can do for a few weeks before passing judgement on him.

    Twins need to SELL!

We are NOT going anwhere this season. Time to put some players on the block.

    Hunter
    Castillo
    Nathan
    Punto
    Bartlett

Looks the the kid we called up is doing well. He just missed his first homerun. I think the time has come and see what we can get for the above players. Mauer is not doing a damn thing hitting the ball this season. If we had another top catching spec I would move his ass out of town as well. I would look to the Braves for a deal. Getting Salalmaccia would be a real good start. Lets be a team the will sell before the deadline and rebuild for next season.

Liriano will be back. Get rid of Silva and get one more top young pitcher and we can be a contender than the pretender we are this season!

I'm impressed with Buscher. I actually was expecting an error made by him, mostly because of the nerves in his debut like catman said. That's perfectly ok, unlike those not needed by Bartlett. What I really want to see how he fare, long-term. Can he have the ability to play much and keep hitting the balls like no other new Twins can do?
