Justin Morneau and Torii Hunter

Seems like these two will be the ones carrying the team. Morneau has 3 homers and 7 runs batted in over the last two game. Hunter homered last night to help us get the win in Texas. Hunter's new batting stance seems to have help him. By the way Hunter is hitting the ball I see him driving it more less on the ground outs.

We still have alot of key injuries to work through. I hope Mauer gets back soon we need his bat in the lineup. We are not scoring runs as we should.

I can't think of too many better tandums in baseball right now. These guys could carry nearly any team and both should be on the All Star team this season.
Now its time for the Pohlads to get the idea that keeping Hunter long-term is a good idea.

Twins are finally above 500 with the win tonight! 26-25! Finally we are playing to expectations. Boonser is a star in the makings.

Not sure Bonser is a star, but he is certainly a good pitcher.

Well Boonser is one of the better pitchers we have this season. I am looking forward to seeing Slowey this weekend pitch! 27-25 record big improvement over the past month. Hope things stay good for awhile. Detroit and Indians play a series this weekend starting tonight, here is hoping the Tigers win two and the Indians win one game. Then if we can win we will gain more ground in the central!
