    The Former Twins Watch Thread

Interesting starts by those ex Twinkies with their new/current teams.

JJ is 0-2, and being replaced by a rookie whose made a debut today.

Matthew LeCroy struck out on first time up for the Nationals. Geez, Washington will find out he is not a clutcher one day.

David Ortiz, what a surprise... NOT, a homer today.

    You can also update.

Do you really keep tabs on Guzman and LeCroy? Seems like a lot of effort for marginal pros.

And Joe Mays had a Brad Radke kind of day in SKankee land - 3run homer in the first.

Terry Mulholland not so bad tonight for Arizona.

Got Todd Helton to line out to 3rd base, gives up a single to Garrett Atkins, then a double to Matt Holliday, now Brad Hawpe with a grounder to score Atkins. Mully does get Jason Smith to ground out to third base to end the inning.

    1 IP, 2 H, 1 ER, 0 BB, 0 K for Mulholland.

Ojeda with a single, Freeman with a sacrifice, Sullivan with a lineout ... Mulholland pulled for Jason Grimsley. Looks like the Diamondbacks don't trust Mulholland enough to face the dangerous Jamey Carroll.

    1.2 IP, 3 H, 1 ER, 0 BB, 0 K for Mulholland tonight.

I hope the Angels enjoy that - it won't happen very often with JC!

And how about Doug M with the Royals playing 1st base - he's made the rounds through the National League and now back in the American League.
