Again, except when Tony is in left field....Braun was great last night. Excellent defensive play! He will fight to the end for Rookie of the year.

STILL NEED TO PLAY CONSISTENT BASEBALL, DOES NOT LOOK LIKE THE CUBS ARE GOING TO FAD MUCH.

OH WELL, WHEN WE MAKE THE PLAYOFFS, IT WILL MAKE US A BETTER TEAM, CAUSE OF THE PLAY-OFF RACE EXPERIENCE WE ARE ENCOUNTERING THIS YEAR!!

We need to make a POSITIVE statement now to all of baseball, not just the Cubs. Stating we are NOT going to allow ouselves to be choke artist.


If, we do not make it, it will be great experience either way and give them attitude next year as well.

Brewers pick up a game tonight win the Reds (thank you very much) beating the Cubs.


Brewers lead is now 3 games. I would like to see that lead grow some more!

They'll have their money cut out for 'em today. Hopefully we didn't waste our runs...Lots of small ball last night. That's what we need today and tonight as well.

I hope not either. It always seems to happen when a team scores 10+ runs one night, the very next day they struggle. Look at St. Louis, 11 runs against Cubs in series finale, and just 2 last night. That makes me VERY nervous!!!

Linbrink got to pitch the 9th last night. It was a good night for him to get acclaimated to the Brewers. Not a pressure situation, could come in relaxed and get a feel of things.

Why do we even bother talking about it in a positive way?

Cause we are loyal fans and we stick with our team through thick and thin, the highs and the lows. We are going to be ok, we just need to play better on the road and get Cordero re-focused again!!!! We may have been 2-6 on thatlast trip, but we really should have been 5-5 at the very least, so it is still coming around, but we will get there, SOON!!!
