    Brewers Ohka gone for '06?

    August 4
Milwaukee Journal Sentinel (scroll down) (registration required): "Unless Ohka picks up the pace, it's hard to imagine the Brewers offering him a contract for 2006, because major-league rules allow for a maximum salary cut of 20%. It's more likely the Brewers would not tender a contract, then possibly offer a lesser deal."

This dude can pitch. He holds a 6-6 record with a 4.07 ERA. His WHIP is at 1.35 for the season. B

But his last 7 starts have proven crucial. His WHIP has been a horrible 2.73 with a 9.82 ERA in those 7 games. I wonder if he can settle down somewhere else?

Hmmm. Intersting stuff. Bad time to slump off but he's still got some time to come back.
    I aim to try

I think Ohka will be Ok. Its just whether he will be with the Brewers or not. I kind of hope he goes away.
