    Brewers: 3

    Rockies: 5

Roughly 13 hits and only 3 runs should be enough said on this one.....Shame. Also Suppan is on the DL right now with a neck injury.

and the really bad news is that Suppan is going to be the #5 starter. that just sucks. he needs to be designated to the pen and be happy he still has a job.

I couldn't agree more with you there. But great game last night!!! Great job by the offense, and mainly the bullpen, we clearly have a lot more depth in the pen this year.

What the hell happened to Manny Parra? He is A LOT younger and better off being in the 5th spot!

    Game 2:

    Brewers: 7
    Rockies: 5

    Game 3:

    Brewers: 5
    Rockies 4

Yesterday's game was a wonderful come back game. Great way to start the year. Won the series after not beating the team all last season. Player of the series was definitely Casey McGehee.

    Game 1: Kyle Lohse, RHP (0-0, -.--) Cardinals (2-0) @ Dave Bush, RHP (0-0, -.--) Brewers (2-1)

    Game 2: Chris Carpenter, RHP (1-0, 3.00) Cardinals (2-0) @ Yovani Gallardo, RHP (0-1, 3.86) Brewers (2-1)

    Game 3: Jaime Garcia, LHP (0-0, -.--) Cardinals (2-0) @ Randy Wolf, LHP (1-0, 5.40) Brewers (2-1)

This is a series that will be interesting....Dave Bush should not be in the rotation. IMO Suppan and Parra would come before him....Lets make the best of it!

I like Bush in the rotation, but hell, anyone of the four (Naverson, Parra, Bush, and Suppan) could state their claim for being in the rotation. But look on the bright side, the Crew are off to a 2-1 start.

bummer game tonight! Bush pitched pretty well, but Hoffman blew it late...Nobody's perfect I guess, not even Trevor

That's right not even Trevor is perfect but it burns really bad when it's a PH that gets the HR...... especially when it wasn't a bad pitch by Trevor, It was a pitch that would have been a strike because the batter had to bend down to get the pitch...Sigh.

    Crew: 4
    Cards: 5

COME ON BREWERS GET YOVANI BACK IN THIS GAME!!! Did I mention I don't like the Cardinals?

Yeah, I have to say I like the Cards more than the scrubbies. I have never liked the Cubs. Even when the Brewers were in the AL.

Chris Carpenter has given up 4 homeruns this season. He gave up 7 all of last season.

Make that 5 homeruns, Ryan Braun just nailed a 2 run shot.

Major bummer for yesterdays game...1 bad inning costs everything when you're a pitcher.

    Crew: 1
    Cards: 7

    Coming back strong tonight though!
